Best Klaviyo Agencies for Ecommerce Brands (2026, Scored)

Looking for the best Klaviyo agencies for your ecommerce or D2C brand? The Email Marketers scored highest on what you can check before a sales call, Flowium is my pick for a top-tier team on month-to-month terms, and InboxArmy came last for a store that lives in Klaviyo.

You need to know:

  • Which Agencies Hold Klaviyo's Top Tier: You'll see what that badge actually measures.
  • Who Publishes Prices: Most don't, so you'll know which calls start with a quote.
  • Which Contracts Let You Leave: Only a few publish month-to-month terms.
  • Which One Fits Your Store: I match each one to a store type.

Pick wrong, and you can owe notice-period fees to a team that never fit. Klaviyo's partner directory showed 676 listings on November 4, 2026, and only 47 of them held the top Elite Master tier.

I run Inbox Connect, which manages Klaviyo accounts for ecommerce brands, so it's on this list, scored with the same rules as everyone else (it lands seventh). I compared eight agencies on four public factors: partner tier, published pricing, contract terms, and ecommerce focus.

By the end, you'll have a two-agency shortlist and the questions to ask both, so you hire once instead of switching teams in six months. Here are my top picks.

tl;dr

  • The Email Marketers scores highest (19/20) because it publishes a full rate card and month-to-month terms.
  • Flowium is the pick for an Elite Master team without a long contract, but plan for its 60-day notice.
  • Check every agency's tier on its Klaviyo directory profile, not on its own website.
  • InboxArmy is the weakest pick for a Klaviyo-first store: lowest tier here, and its team covers 40+ platforms.
  • Send every agency the same one-page brief so the quotes price the same job.

The best Klaviyo agencies at a glance

The best Klaviyo agencies for ecommerce in 2026 are The Email Marketers, Flowium, Chronos Agency, Fuel Made, Underground Ecom, and Magnet Monster. Inbox Connect and InboxArmy round out the eight.

Every tier comes from the agency's own profile in Klaviyo's directory, checked November 4, 2026. Prices and terms come from each agency's website on the same day:

How I scored each agency

I scored each agency from 1 to 5 on four things a buyer can verify without a sales call, for a total out of 20. These scores measure what's public, not how good the work is, because nobody outside an account can see that.

Here's the rubric:

Factor5 points3 points1 to 2 points
Klaviyo partner tierElite MasterGold Master (Platinum Master gets 4)Silver Master is 2, no listing is 1
Pricing transparencyFull price or rate card published (starting price published gets 4)Pricing model published, no amountNothing published
Contract termsMonth-to-month publishedShort minimum published (4 points)Nothing published
Ecommerce focusEcommerce or D2C is the stated focusEcommerce plus other industriesNot stated

And here's how the eight agencies scored:

AgencyTierPricingTermsEcommerce focusTotal
The Email Marketers455519
Flowium525517
Chronos Agency522514
Fuel Made522514
Underground Ecom522514
Magnet Monster432514
Inbox Connect154313
InboxArmy242311

Ties at 14 are ordered by tier, then by how much I could confirm on the agency's own site. My stated weakest pick for a Klaviyo-first ecommerce store is InboxArmy, because it holds the lowest tier here and spreads its team across more than 40 email platforms.

Pro tip: A low score on pricing or terms isn't a red flag by itself. It just means those answers come on the call, so ask them first.

The 8 Klaviyo agencies, ranked

Each agency gets its best-fit reader, the facts I confirmed, and what I'd press on before signing.

If you want to see what a good agency should build first, my guide to ecommerce email marketing automation lays out the core flows.

1. The Email Marketers (19/20)

Best for: D2C brands doing seven to nine figures that want a senior team and a price they can see before the first call.

The Email Marketers is the only agency here that publishes a full rate card. Its pricing guide lists four monthly packages from $4,400 (8 emails) to $12,999 (30 emails plus unlimited SMS), a one-time flow setup at $12,999, and 10% off for a six-month commitment.

Its about page says the agency is based in Santa Monica, works month-to-month, and puts five senior specialists on every account. Klaviyo's directory lists it at Platinum Master.

What I'd check: The Email Marketers publishes its own "best Klaviyo agencies" list and ranks itself first, which it discloses. Judge it on case studies in your category, not on that ranking.

2. Flowium (17/20)

Best for: Growing D2C brands that want an Elite Master team without a long contract.

Flowium holds Klaviyo's top Elite Master tier and covers email, SMS, push, RCS, and Instagram DMs. Its services page doesn't list a dollar figure, but it does spell out the terms: month-to-month contracts, a 60-day cancellation notice, and special pricing for six- or twelve-month commitments.

The same page says each project gets six email marketing specialists (so ask who actually logs in to your account each week).

What I'd check: A 60-day notice means roughly two more months of fees after you cancel, so plan the handover before you give notice.

3. Chronos Agency (14/20)

Chronos is an Elite Master partner with offices in Singapore and Sydney. Its homepage FAQ gives a ratio most agencies won't: about 80 people looking after around 60 brands.

It also covers six channels, from email and SMS to WhatsApp and direct mail.

Best for: Brands selling in several countries that want one team across email, SMS, and messaging apps.

What I'd check: Pricing isn't published, and both offices are in Asia-Pacific. If you're in the US, ask which hours your strategist covers.

4. Fuel Made (14/20)

Best for: Shopify brands that want their store, their conversion tests, and Klaviyo handled by one team.

Fuel Made lists itself as a Shopify Plus partner and holds Klaviyo's Elite Master tier. Its services split three ways: Shopify design and development, Klaviyo email and SMS, and conversion rate optimization.

Pricing and terms aren't published. If you only need email, ask for an email-only scope so you don't pay for site skills you won't use.

5. Underground Ecom (14/20)

Underground Ecom is a London agency at Elite Master, which makes it the obvious first call for UK and EU brands. Its site doesn't publish pricing or contract terms.

Best for: UK and EU ecommerce brands that want an Elite Master team in their own time zone.

What I'd check: Ask for the monthly minimum in writing, and whether SMS is in the retainer or billed on top.

6. Magnet Monster (14/20)

Best for: D2C brands that want email, SMS, WhatsApp, and direct mail run from one roadmap under one fee.

Magnet Monster's homepage offers unlimited emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and direct mail "for one flat fee each month", with a 90-day roadmap delivered within 48 hours of the discovery call. The fee itself isn't published.

Here's the detail that cost it a point. Its homepage shows a Klaviyo "Master Elite" badge, but Klaviyo's directory lists it at Platinum Master, one tier lower.

Pro tip: Always check an agency's tier on its Klaviyo directory profile, not on its own website. Tiers get reviewed, and site badges don't always get updated when they change.

7. Inbox Connect (13/20)

Best for: Smaller Klaviyo stores that want their flows and campaigns run for them, without hiring a full agency team.

This is my company, so read this entry with that in mind. Inbox Connect runs Managed Email: flows, campaigns, and a send calendar inside your own Klaviyo account, built mostly by AI agents with me reviewing the plan and signing off the work.

The price and terms (a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month) are published on that page, which helps its score. It scores lowest of the eight on tier, because Inbox Connect doesn't have a listing in Klaviyo's partner directory.

What I'd check: If you want a big in-house creative team, custom email design, or a long list of named case studies, one of the agencies above is a better fit.

8. InboxArmy (11/20)

InboxArmy is a Texas agency that supports more than 40 email platforms, and its pricing FAQ puts the minimum for monthly managed services at $1,500 a month. Klaviyo's directory lists it at Silver Master, the lowest tier on this list.

That's why it's my weakest pick for a store that runs on Klaviyo. It fits better if you still send from a second platform.

Which Klaviyo agency fits your store?

The right Klaviyo agency depends on your biggest constraint, not on who ranks first. Pick the row that sounds most like you, then call the agency in the second column first:

How much does a Klaviyo agency cost?

Two of the seven outside agencies publish a number. The Email Marketers runs $4,400 to $12,999 a month, InboxArmy starts at $1,500 a month, Inbox Connect lists its price on its own site, and the other five quote you after a call.

The agency fee sits on top of your Klaviyo bill. My Klaviyo pricing breakdown shows what the platform costs at your profile count, and SMS adds its own credit costs.

Here's how a weak budget question compares with a strong one on the first call:

Weak: "What do you usually charge?"

Strong: "We send about 12 emails a month to 40,000 profiles and want SMS later. What's the monthly fee for that, what's the minimum term, and what's the notice period if we leave?"

What a Klaviyo partner tier tells you

A Klaviyo partner tier tells you how much Klaviyo business an agency manages and on which track, not whether its work suits your store. Klaviyo Academy splits partners into two tracks: Master partners provide managed Klaviyo services for clients, while Advisor partners refer business to Klaviyo but don't actively manage client accounts.

That second word on the badge matters more than the metal. If an agency will run your flows and campaigns, you want "Master" on its directory profile.

Klaviyo partner directory listings by badge, November 4, 2026 Elite Master 47 Platinum Master 158 Gold Master 121 Silver Master 130 Advisor (any tier) 143 Partner, no tier 77676 listings. Master partners run accounts, Advisor partners refer business, so look for Master if you want your flows run.

Pro tip: A missing listing doesn't mean an agency never worked in Klaviyo. Ask for other proof, like a live flow walkthrough.

How to shortlist a Klaviyo agency in two weeks

You can go from a long list to a signed agency in about two weeks if every agency gets the same brief and questions. Here's my cadence:

  • Day 1, Check the Directory: Look up each agency's tier on its Klaviyo directory profile and cut anyone whose badge doesn't match its website without a good reason.
  • Day 3, Send One Brief: Send the same one-page brief to three agencies, with your list size, monthly sends, platforms, and the problem you want fixed.
  • Day 7, Run the Calls: Ask every agency the same questions (listed in the next section) and write the answers in one sheet.
  • Day 10, Ask for a Flow Walkthrough: Have your top two show you a live flow from a store in your category.
  • Day 14, Decide: Pick the agency whose answers were most specific, and get the term, notice period, and data ownership in writing.

Your brief is what makes the answers comparable. Here's the difference:

Weak brief: "We're a Shopify brand looking to grow email revenue. Can you send a proposal?"

Strong brief: "We're a Shopify skincare brand with 40,000 Klaviyo profiles, a welcome flow, and an abandoned cart flow. We want post-purchase and win-back flows built and 12 campaigns a month run for us from December 1."

The weak brief gets three proposals for three jobs. The strong one gets three prices for one job.

Day 1: Check the directory Day 3: Send one brief Day 7: Run the calls Day 10: Flow walkthrough Day 14: Decide Same brief and same questions for every agency, so the answers compare.

Pro tip: If you're moving to Klaviyo from another platform at the same time, say so in the brief. My guide to switching email marketing platforms covers the warm-up steps an agency should be planning before your first send.

Questions to ask on the sales call

Good sales call questions turn vague promises into things you can check later. Use this list with every agency:

  • What's Your Directory Tier? Ask them to open their Klaviyo directory profile while you're on the call.
  • Who Runs My Account Week to Week? Get the strategist's name, and ask how many other brands that person handles.
  • What Are the First Three Flows You'd Fix? A good agency answers from your brief, not from a template.
  • Which Attribution Window Do You Report On? Revenue numbers mean little until you know the window and whether opens count, which my guide to revenue attribution explains.
  • Who Owns Deliverability? Someone has to watch your spam rate and sending domain, and my deliverability checklist shows what that job covers.
  • What Are the Minimum Term and Notice Period? Then ask who owns the templates, flows, and data if you leave.

Watch the attribution answer most closely:

Weak answer: "Our clients usually get 30% or more of revenue from email."

Strong answer: "We report click-based revenue on a 5-day window, and we'll show you the setting in your Klaviyo account on day one."

Weak answer Claim 30%+ of revenue Attribution window Not given Can you check it? No Strong answer Claim Click-based revenue Attribution window 5 days Can you check it? FAQ

Is an Elite Master Klaviyo agency always better?

No. Elite Master tells you an agency manages a lot of Klaviyo revenue, but it doesn't measure results in your category, and a smaller agency whose strategist knows your product type can be the better hire.

Should a small ecommerce store hire a Klaviyo agency?

Only once the work outgrows your time. If you're sending fewer than a few campaigns a month and your core flows are live, an audit and a few fixes usually beat a monthly retainer.

Do Klaviyo agencies handle SMS?

Most of the eight on this list do, and several also cover WhatsApp, push, or direct mail. Ask whether SMS is inside the monthly fee or billed separately, because The Email Marketers, for example, only includes it from its second package up.

How long is a typical Klaviyo agency contract?

Most of the eight don't publish terms, so ask on the first call. Of those that do, The Email Marketers and Flowium run month-to-month (Flowium with 60 days' notice), and Inbox Connect has a 3-month minimum.

Where can I find every Klaviyo partner agency?

Klaviyo's own partner directory lists them, with filters for platform, region, and industry. Not every partner qualifies for a listing, so treat it as a starting point rather than a complete list.

Final Thoughts

You now have eight Klaviyo agencies scored on public facts, a fit table, the two published outside prices, and a two-week shortlist plan. The short version: The Email Marketers if you want prices up front, Flowium if you want an Elite Master team without a lock-in, and InboxArmy last if your store lives in Klaviyo.

My recommendation for this week is specific. Write the one-page brief from the shortlist section today, then send it to the two agencies in your row of the fit table before Friday.

If you'd rather have your Klaviyo flows and campaigns run for you without a big agency retainer, talk to the Klaviyo agency team at Inbox Connect.
